Lavender fields, fine wine, and painting – what more could you ask for in an evening out? The Oregon Lavender Association is hosting a Ladies Night Out in the Lavender Field on June 30th at Norwood Farm. The focus of this fun-filled evening is to paint sets of wine glasses with lavender sprigs, all while enjoying the beauty and aromas of Norwood’s luscious lavender field.

The two-hour painting class will be instructed by Michele Thomson, founder of Free To Be Art. With step-by-step instruction, Thomson will guide attendees on how to create paintings of delicate and vibrant lavender petals. What better way to capture the essence of a tranquil summer evening?

While attendees tap into their artistic abilities, there will be plenty of time to socialize and sip on favorite sparkly beverages. This Ladies Night Out will provide a terrific opportunity to relax in a lavender sea, and revel in the company of others. The cost of admission is $45, with tickets available at Eventbrite.

In addition to Ladies Night Out in the Lavender Field, the Oregon Lavender Association offers various events throughout the lavender season. Other happenings at Norwood Farm include harvesting, distillation demonstrations, and farm tours. Check out Norwoodlavenderfarm.com for more information on upcoming events.
